1. General Policy

All sales of digital products and services are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital products or services purchased from Nieves University School of Real Estate, except as required by applicable law.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

Downloadable products (e.g., e-books, software, templates, PDF-books, PowerPoint) 

• Online courses and webinars.
• Digital subscriptions.
• Membership fees.

3. Services

All sales of services are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Classes Online.
• Seminars Online.
• Training Services.
• Consulting services.
• Coaching sessions.
• Digital content creation.
• Virtual events and workshops

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

4. Cancellations.

Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions.

●        In the event of a cancellation by us (NU) due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
